The Johnson County 4-H Shooting Sports Program is hosting a trio of county state qualifying events in July.

The program will host events for shotgun, rifle and archery.

The shotgun event will be held at 8 a.m. on July 6 at the UCM Trap and Skeet Range, 454 E. Divison Rd.

Riflery is set for 9 a.m. on July 20 at the Johnson County Jail Range, 278 SW 871st, Centerview.

Archery will be held at 1 p.m. on July 21 at 300 N Lee St, Leeton.

All shooting sports participants must meet with a 4-H certified instructor for a minimum of 10 hours before they can qualify to compete in these matches. 

Spectators are welcome and there are no admission fees.
