WARRENSBUG — The Warrensburg Police Department along with other local agencies called for the public’s help Thursday afternoon, Sept. 27, in locating 35-year-old Leslea Shannon.

Warrensburg Police Chief Rich Lockhart said Shannon and Jamie Katzenmaier were last seen at 12:23 a.m. Sept. 9 in Marshall, Arkansas, when a Searcy County sheriff’s deputy stopped the pair for having a taillight out.

They also were seen the evening of Sept. 8 at the Walmart in Warsaw, Missouri.

Shannon is described as having blonde hair and hazel eyes, standing 5 feet 2 inches and weighing 130 pounds.

Lockhart said he does not believe Katzenmaier poses a threat to Shannon’s well-being.

He said one of the big concerns is that the couple may have run off the road and crashed.

Lockhart said it is also possible Shannon was headed to see her daughter in Little Rock, Arkansas.

He said the most important thing is finding her and making sure she is safe.

The pair were last seen traveling in a white 2000 Mazda B2000 with front-end damage.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Warrensburg Police Department at (660) 747-9133.
